How do I get the mobile update?
Bob, you can download the mobile app by visiting either the iTunes or Google Play store, depending on which type of mobile device you have. Here are links to both: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/fishidy-fishing-maps-reports/id561498932?mt=8 and https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fishidy
I believe that I might of paid the fee twice. If this is correct can I get a refund for the overpayment? Also how do I download the new update?
The apple site may charge me again like it did when I tried to download the version for the apple iPad Air.
Hi Patrick, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your issue and our customer support team will gladly help you out. Thanks!
Is the Mobile app free?
Terry, yes Fishidy’s mobile app is free to download. There are paid subscription options on top of that for additional levels of content and features on the map. Hope this helps!

Are there plans to release a Windows Phone version of the mobile app?

Any idea on how much longer before you have apps for windows phones as they are more popular in my area than any other systems? Also seems to be that way across the country.
We’re still evaluating the need for our app to be on the Windows phone platform. Sounds like the demand is getting higher recently! (see previous comments in this thread). In the meantime, you can access many of Fishidy’s features by visiting http://www.fishidy.com from your mobile phone.
